Santa Cruz Big Trees & Pacific 2641 leads it southbound train onto Chestnut Street in Santa Cruz, California in June of 2009. This is unique part of the street running in Santa Cruz since it is much more narrow at the upper end of Chestnut Street.

Street running is something I always have a hard time comprehending. Sure, it comes from the days of trolleys, when every semi-major town had them, but you'd think city planners would've moved the street over (or the rails) after the rise of the automobile in order to prevent stupid people from testing the soundness of the locomotive pilots. :slow:
